We specialise in the manufacturing of

  • Extension frames for waste dumps
  • Conveyor
    • Pulleys
    • Idlers
    • Rollers

When we manufacture pulleys we only use the best material and techniques. Pulley shells are rolled, welded on the inside and out side, the welding seams are ground and the pulley is rerolled. The end plates are profiled and machined to suit the barrel. On the shaft we only use EN 8 bright bar or better grades of material where specified by the customer. We use Bikon Feddres to fix the shaft to the pulley .This has many advantages which are discussed later. There are two options of crown finishing on the pulley, the pulley can either be Lagged or Polly-Urethane. Last mentioned is much more durable than rubber Lagging. All welding on the pulleys are done with CO 2. by competent welders. We have supplied numerous Companies with pulleys via distributors reselling our products.

For control purposes each pulley is stamped with a reference number and are logged in a register containing customer information relating to the pulley. For easy identification our pulleys are painted "Midnight blue" as indicated on the picture. Pulleys are tailor made to customer specification.

A limited range of sub components are stocked due to the large variety of pulley sizes , but lead times will seldom exceed ten working days.
